Chris Sexton	4e3cbbafad	factoid: refactor and ignore reaction ... - factoid is a mess, but I at least split it into a few parts - need to move config values from factoid to fact - need to rename the whole thing to fact - probably need to go over it with a fine toothed comb - 5 seconds, why 5 seconds?
